How to change routing number on Cash App?


 

To change your routing number on Cash App, you will need to follow these steps:

  • Open the Cash App on your mobile device and log in to your account.
  • Tap on the "My Cash" tab on the screen's bottom.
  • From the My Cash screen, locate and tap on the "Banking" option.
  • Select the bank account for which you wish to update the routing number.
  • Tap on the "..." (ellipsis) icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
  • Select the "Remove Bank" option to delete your current bank account.
  • Once the account has been removed, you can add a new bank account with the updated routing number by following the on-screen prompts.

It's important to note that changing your routing number on Cash App may cause any pending transactions to be cancelled. Additionally, it can take 2-3 business days for your new bank account to be verified and fully functional.
